The Dickens Dictionary: An A-Z of England’s Greatest Novelist by John Sutherland was published this month.
It is Dickens’ 200th birthday today and Waterstones is giving away one copy of The Dickens Dictionary every day throughout February via their Twitter account. All you have to do is retweet their daily Dickens fact to be in with a chance of winning.
Here is one of their previously tweeted facts: ‘Dickens adopted ‘Boz’, pronounced ‘Boze’, as a pseudonym in his early years!’
