David Hoffman, author of the Pulitzer-prize winning The Dead Hand (published by Icon on 3rd Feb), will be doing a series of lectures and discussions around the subject of his book – covering Reagan, Gorbachev and the Cold War arms race, as well as the role of the UK government and Maggie Thatcher during the 1980s.
